Hardco is one of the largest PTFE Fabric Structure designer and fabricator from UAE in GCC which has 22mx5m CNC fabric cutting System, PTFE welding water-cooled machines & PVC HF (high frequency) welding machines. All our machineries are imported from Europe to meet International Quality Standards.
The Large bed cutting system allows us to manufacture large span Fabric structures for Stadiums and other mega structures due the the minimum seam joints between the fabric panels and hence creating visually stunning Fabric membrane structures.
INSTALLATION
Our team of trained installers have extensive experience in the delicate procedures of installing HARDCO’s unique brand architectural membranes. Quality control and safety site supervisors will oversee the installation process to ensure that the final product reflects our exacting standards.

PTFE Membrane Shade Structure

ETFE FOIL Roof and Facade Systems
Our proficiency also covers ETFE Foil Structure which is a fluorine-based plastic polymer that offers a creative and lightweight alternative to glass, which means it can be replaced by glass constructions. Tensile Membrane Structures using PVC fabrics provide the architects and project owners with an option of exploring a wide spectrum of colours while comparing with PTFE membranes. Hardco installed facades using PVC mesh giving very pleasing architectural finish. Hardco has completed one of the largest Bird Aviary in the UAE utilizing PVC mesh membrane which allows airflow along with considerable shading on large span areas hence allowing trees and plants to grow beneath. PVC solid membrane has been used by Hardco in large span shade structures in School courtyards, Stadiums, Aircraft Shades as well as smaller walk ways and other shades. PVC membrane comes with various fire rating by the manufacturer’s hence allowing the project owners to select the fabric based on the suitability.
